- It sounds as if your com1 and com3 ports are sharing an IRQ - while
- this worked ok for a lot of folks in DOS, it doesn't work well at all
- in Windows. You should change your com3 IRQ to a different (unused)
- IRQ and then change your Windows setup (control panel) to match.
